(I found this question incredibly fascinating, because when I thought about it, the issue of perception became much more important than I would have ever imagined! I could say lots about what I mean here, but suffice it to say that while I DO find parts of me (and even the whole) to be arousing, but I realized that even for those parts of me that I do really, really like (i.e. those which I truly believe would objectively stand out as exceptional relative to others), that compared to how I feel when they are passed through the filter of how others perceive and experience and relate to them (i.e. how they objectify that part of me) the arousal I feel is so much greater as to cause me to conclude that the answer must be false even if a part of me think it is true!)
